Join us in a celebration of the Lincoln Community Forest and Public Lands Day on September 24. We are hosting a guided tour along the main trail of the Lincoln Community Forest. The terrain is mild and the mowed trail travels through a beautiful mixed hardwood forest. The maple trees will be starting to show fall color. Hike for all or part of 2 miles.
For this event, we received a one-time exemption and permission from the Bayfield Regional Conservancy and WI DNR to allow use of motorized UTV’s (which have bench seats) to transport people not able to hike. Please reply to this email or call one of the numbers below if you need us to save you a seat.
Sponsored by the Friends of Lincoln Community Forest and the Bayfield Regional Conservancy.
We will gather at the Four Corners Saloon afterward, if interested, to socialize, replenish fluids and eat. Order off the menu. Four Corners Saloon, 30015 County Highway E, Mason, WI
